For your security you will have at your disposal at the moment of signing the Purchase and Sale Contract a copy of the Nota Simple of your property, or of the plot, issued by the corresponding Land Registry, where you will be able to check the ownership and the encumbrances that encumber your property. And a copy of the Building Permit for your home, issued by the Town Hall.

For your peace of mind, from the signing of the purchase contract, we provide you with Bank Guarantees issued by our financial institution.
In compliance with the legislation in force in Spain in accordance with Royal Decree Law 57/1968 of 27 July, we provide, included in the sale price, guarantees corresponding to each partial payment that you make during the construction phase. This obligatory protection by the developer serves to guarantee the return of the amounts paid on account in the event of non-compliance with the delivery date in accordance with your Purchase and Sale Contract.
This guarantee is extended in the event that, even though your home has been completed, it does not meet the necessary conditions for the Town Hall to issue the corresponding Certificate of Habitability.

During the construction period of the work, you will be able to access your home with two weeks' notice and check the state it is in.
