Our new residencials are located in a beautiful village called Pilar de la Horadada. It is the southernmost municipality of the Valencian Community and it borders with the Community of the Region of Murcia. It is a very quiet village, which has been growing over the years, thanks to agriculture and the good climate of the area, being sunny most of the year and located less than 3kms from beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.

It consists of a cycle-tourist network of about 30kms. Very well signposted, divided into up to 4 different itineraries, so you can move around the town and its surroundings.

Padel

You can enjoy several private clubs to practice this sport, one in the town, Club Padel Place, another one in Torre de la Horadada Padel Select Club at 3Kms. and another one in Mil Palmeras, Sirocco Padel Club at 5Kms.

Golf

For lovers of this sport, you can practice it just 3Km. away at Lo Romero Golf, and two other courses such as Las Colinas Golf & Country Club at 16Km., towards Alicante, and a third one at 17Km., towards Murcia, at Roda Golf & Beach Resort.




San pedro del pinatar

This municipality is located in the autonomous community of the Region of Murcia, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. It borders with Pilar de la Horadada, both located in the southeast of Spain, although they are located in different communities, they share the same climate and have a great tourist and ecological attraction.

                               



Regional Park of Salinas and Arenales 

The Regional Park Salinas and Arenales in San Pedro del Pinatar, is a protected natural area of the Region of Murcia. It is a wetland with sandy areas located in the northern part of the Mar Menor. Inside the protected area there is a port and salt marshes in operation.
